Any items returned without an approved return request are automatically rejected.

Risk and title transfer to you once the order is handed to the courier.

Optional coverage is available only through our Delivery Assurance Policy (domestic only).

SECTION 9 – ANTI-FRAUD & BOT PREVENTION POLICY
To maintain the integrity and safety of our digital ecosystem, The American Record implements advanced Anti-Fraud & Bot Prevention systems.
9.1 Detection and Monitoring
Our system automatically identifies and blocks suspicious activity, including automated requests, high-frequency access, or behavior typical of non-human traffic.
9.2 IP Blocking and Verification
IPs suspected of bot activity (including proxy servers, datacenter addresses, or unverified automation) may be temporarily or permanently blocked.
Blocked users may regain access only after proving legitimate human activity via verification (e.g., support ticket confirmation or identity verification).
9.3 Fraudulent or Abusive Behavior
Any user detected engaging in:
Automated purchases or mass scraping.
Fraudulent payment behavior.
Repeated false inquiries or spam submissions.
will be permanently blacklisted, and all associated accounts will be terminated without prior notice.
9.4 Legal Enforcement
The American Record reserves full rights to pursue civil and criminal remedies under applicable Indian law for cyber misuse, impersonation, or data fraud.
9.5 Right to Refuse Access
We reserve the right to deny or revoke access to any user, IP address, or automated system deemed harmful to the platform’s security or reputation.
SECTION 10 – TERMINATION
The American Record reserves the absolute right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Services without prior notice if you breach these Terms.
All amounts due prior to termination remain payable.
Sections covering Intellectual Property, Indemnification, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law survive termination.
SECTION 11 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
All Services and products are provided strictly “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, durability, title, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or flawless Services.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Return Policy, form the entire binding agreement between you and The American Record. No prior statements or communications alter these Terms.
SECTION 16 – GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
You waive all rights to participate in class actions or collective claims. All disputes must be brought individually.
